I had significant water damage to the outside door and concrete block walls of both an outside and inside storage area. First, Germain and Bob did an excellent job cleaning, treating and drying both areas. They were very courteous and explained the process very clearly and worked well as a team. Then Mark and AJ came to remove and replace the external door and paint the interior space walls. Installing the door was a particularly tedious process in fitting into an existing space with the outside stone faced. I was particularly impressed with the professional care Mark took to ensure that the door would be square in the opening, hang correctly and open/close without binding. Mark and AJ were extremely courteous, worked very well as a team, carefully cutting and fitting the side frame mounting plates, installing the door and frame, caulking and sealing between the frame and irregular stone wall, and then installing the lockset. Mark was extremely careful not to allow the caulking to smear over the stone. I was truly impressed with Mark's concern for installing the door correctly, and that it should look good too! And that it does! Thank you SERVPRO very much.

Honestly, I can't express my thanks to SERVPRO sufficiently. Prior to using them personally, I had a great working relationship with them. As a general contractor, I knew they were great for my clients. I could always count on them to show up on time and do everything required in all situations. Their extra attention and genuine care only set them apart further. When I had my own issues with mold, which necessitated three separate visits (not because of anything they did or didn't do, this was a persistent roof leak), I saw firsthand how they truly cared about my family's well-being, and this makes them not only a good company, but good people. (It's not a bad thing that their prices are more than fair, either!) Lastly - both Tracy coordinating from the office and Justin taking care of us in the field should receive the highest praise I can give, as they went overboard to make sure we were taken care of. SERVPRO came out right away and they were professional and thorough with cleaning up the residue from several discharged fire extinguishers. We couldn't be more happy with the service that we experienced from their whole team!
